The Agrarian University ” Fructuoso Rodríguez”, located in San José de las Lajas, sponsors the workshop of University Extent, space characterized by the great influx of investigators in the extent branch.
In this opportunity, the duodecimal edition of the meeting will be celebrated with round tables, boards and the Symposium on the Five Heroes and the participation of the hero of the Cuban Republic René González, important personalities of the international politics as Frey Betto, the Nobel Prize of Peace Adolfo Perez Esquivel and personalities of the culture.
Promotion and cultural management for a university committed with the social development – is the central theme of this workshop that will discuss the social commitment of the university, its role in the social development; the socio-cultural manager in the processes of transformation, the socio-cultural university work in the construction of culture of peace; physical and sport activity and its contribution to the human development.
The program ends the First Symposium The teaching of Arts in the Contemporary Higher Education, which principal theme will be The Art careers in the university, Academic status and social responsibility.
